Do you have a physical store?

Nope, our shop is online only. That means you can do your shopping anytime!

How did you come up with your name Little Kookaburra?

During the newborn haze with our daughter, kookaburra was the only animal we could think of that would rhyme with her name. From there, countless made-up songs, rhymes and poems were created and it’s just stuck ever since! 

Where are your products made?

All our products are proudly designed and made right here in New Zealand.

My product has a small imperfection on it. Is this normal?

Our products are custom made and sometimes have unique imperfections due to the laser engraving that they go through. Particularly for our wooden products, the grain of the wood and marks from the laser engraving process is unique to each item. We don't think this is a fault but rather a reflection that each one is made uniquely for you. Our wooden items are also lightly hand sanded to get to the final finish that you see. 

I love your products but I want another style or colour!

Can you do a 'rush order'?

We will always try our best to help! Please send an email to sales@littlekookaburra.co.nz for rush orders. Rush orders may incur a small fee. 

Can I see a mock up of my custom product?

We will always send you a mock up of your custom product for your approval before we start production. This is to make sure the designs are exactly how you like it. The only exception is for some products where you are already able to see the customisation before you add your product to cart.
