Refund Policy

If you aren't completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the item is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For return enquiries, please email sales@littlekookaburra.com with your order number. Please ensure items are returned via courier as we accept no responsibility for returned items lost in the post. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for product exchanges. The cost of shipping for returned items is the responsibility of the buyer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Sale items and personalised products are not returnable, and non refundable, please choose carefully.

Personalised items

The design for every personalised item is sent to the customer for approval prior to production. Once the customer has approved the design and the item has been produced, the item can no longer be refunded or exchanged unless it is faulty.

Faulty items

We thoroughly check all items before they are sent to you, however on the very rare occasion that an item is faulty, please email sales@littlekookaburra.co.nz. We are happy to provide a replacement (if available), store credit or full refund. We are also happy to cover the cost of shipping faulty items, please contact us to arrange.
