All our products are made-to-order especially for you. Please refer to our homepage banner for our current turnaround time. Orders are dispatched from Auckland, New Zealand.

If items are lost or damaged the cost is covered subject to the NZ consumer guarantees act 1998. Compensation claims for an undelivered item please contact us at sales@littlekookaburra.co.nz.

All orders will be dispatched with a tracking number.

All charges are made in NZD.
