Our Wooden Height Ruler comes in 3 pieces which allows you to move it to a new spot easily. Gone are the days of marking the door frame! The measurement marks are engraved from 40cm to 190cm. The ruler is designed to be hung 40cm off the floor.

Disappointing - In summary

Really upset with the service provided. The order was sent, no tracking was emailed until requested ( I was wondering where it was after a couple of weeks) - which showed it was 'delivered' - It was not signed for. And we didn't receive the ruler.
When I was alerted to this fact I contacted the team at Little Kookaburra, and was told they would not re-send it out, despite us never receiving it.

I think this is super unfair, surely the package should have had a signature for delivery? I feel like the team was rude in their email responses and the options given by the team was a remake with only '15% discount + $8 shipping' is frankly outrageous.

You confirmed that the courier’s photo had this item delivered to the front door of the correct property and as our good will to you, we offered a discount. We are a small business so these seemingly insignificant discounts and costs do mean a lot to us. Again, I’m sorry that this experience hasn’t been positive for you.
